You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account. Rogues Coffee may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You must not abuse Rogues Coffee, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or harvest data without permission, or use the service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
Paid plans are billed in advance per the price displayed at checkout. Refunds follow Rogues Coffee's refund policy communicated at point of sale.
Rogues Coffee retains all rights to Rogues Coffee's software, designs, and brand. Customer data you submit remains yours; you grant Rogues Coffee a limited licence to process it to operate the service.
Rogues Coffee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.Rogues Coffee disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rogues Coffee's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or Rogues Coffee is limited to the amount you paid Rogues Coffee in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. Rogues Coffee may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive.
